This Privacy Policy explains how Formula Widget ("Formula Widget," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://formulawidget.com (the "Website") or use the Formula Widget mobile and web applications (collectively, the "App"). Formula Widget provides Formula racing schedules, results, championship standings, and Home and Lock Screen widgets.

By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Formula Widget.

1. Information We Collect

• Anonymous Account and Authentication: The App does not require registration, an email address, or a password. To sync your preferences and purchases, we automatically create an anonymous account for your device and maintain an authentication token, which on mobile is stored in secure device storage.
• Preferences You Provide: Settings you choose in the App, such as favorite teams or drivers, widget configuration, units, and notification preferences.
• Device and Usage Information: Device model, OS version, app version, IP address, language, in-app events, and general interaction data. We may infer coarse location from IP address; we do not collect precise GPS location.
• Crash and Diagnostics: Crash reports and diagnostics to help us troubleshoot and improve stability.
• Purchase Information: Subscription and purchase status, entitlement information, and related identifiers necessary to provide paid features and restore purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Formula Widget does not receive full payment card details.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies (Website): We use cookies and similar technologies on the Website for essential functionality, analytics, and preference storage. Your browser may offer controls to manage cookies.

2. How We Use Information

On the Website, you can manage cookies via your browser settings. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. In supported regions (e.g., EEA/UK), we use consent dialogs for non-essential cookies/analytics where legally required.
